These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bharatpaye.com and all related services offered by RKSLR Payments Pvt Ltd, operating under the brand BharatPaye. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our services

BharatPaye offers bill payments, FASTag recharge, ticket bookings, education fee payments, and white‑label fintech software, subject to availability and the terms of our partner networks (including NETC FASTag issuing banks and the Bharat Bill Payment System). Service availability, processing times, and limits may vary by partner and are not guaranteed.

3. Your account & responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and safeguarding your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our services. KYC compliance is required for certain services, including FASTag issuance and fintech software onboarding.

4. Payments

Payments can be made through debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other modes supported by our payment partners. You confirm that all payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Fintech software partners

Businesses onboarding our white‑label fintech software agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and the commercial terms shared at the time of onboarding. BharatPaye reserves the right to suspend access for any partner found in breach of these terms or applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

While we strive for the highest success ratio on every transaction, BharatPaye is not liable for delays or failures caused by third‑party banks, payment networks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
