Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations on BharatPaye are subject to the policies of our banking and payment partners, along with RKSLR Payments Pvt Ltd's internal guidelines below. This applies to FASTag recharge, BBPS bill payments, ticket bookings, education fee payments, and fintech software onboarding fees where applicable.

To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number. Every request goes through a review and verification step before approval, to confirm the transaction has not already settled with the bank or biller.

4. Refunds for cancelled transactions

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction — debit/credit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, or account transfer, as applicable. Administrative fees, if any, will be communicated to you before the refund is processed.

5. Refund timelines

Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after approval, though actual credit to your account depends on your bank or payment provider's own processing time.
